and I think we should aspire to this guide of world building in our dungeon mastering

Magic armour that shrinks your head. Can't think of any positives besides maybe it's harder to decapitate you.

If a player asks: "Why does it shrink your head?" The GM just answers "To make it harder to decapitate you".
